Yes, we can include a personalized letter with the recipient's name at no additional cost. Simply include the details in the notes section during checkout.

4. Do you offer package protection against loss or damage during shipping?

Yes, we offer a Route protection plan that allows you to track and protect your package against loss, theft, or damage during shipping. This is an optional service that you can select during checkout at a very low cost, we encourage that you add it to your order.

1. How long will it take for my order to ship?

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected during checkout.

2. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

We process orders quickly, so if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to make changes to your order.

We offer a Route protection plan that allows you to track and protect your package against loss, theft or damage during shipping. This an optional service that you can select during checkout. If you choose not to purchase the protection plan, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. However, please contact us if you have any issues with your order and we'll do our best to assist you.
